At Suyaflow, all our meals are freshly prepared to order. Due to the perishable nature of food items, we maintain a strict refund policy to ensure quality and fairness.


No Refunds After Preparation

Once an order has been:

✔ Confirmed
✔ Prepared
✔ Picked up
✔ Dispatched for delivery

We do not offer refunds.


Eligible Situations for Replacement

While refunds are generally not provided, we may offer a replacement if:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your order is incomplete

  • The food quality does not meet our standards

All issues must be reported immediately upon receiving the order.

Claims made long after delivery or pickup may not be accepted.


Order Errors

If the mistake was made by Suyaflow, we will:

✔ Replace the item
OR
✔ Provide store credit where applicable

Photo proof may be requested for verification.


Customer Order Mistakes

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Incorrect items selected by the customer

  • Change of mind after preparation

  • Failure to collect pickup orders

  • Incorrect delivery details provided at checkout


Catering & Party Orders

Deposits made for:

  • Party trays

  • Catering orders

  • Bulk orders

are non-refundable once preparation has begun.


Delivery Issues

Suyaflow is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by third-party delivery services

  • Incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer

  • Customer unavailability at the time of delivery

Refunds will not be issued in such cases.


How To Report an Issue

To report an issue, please contact us immediately through our website with:

  • Your order details

  • Description of the issue

  • Supporting photos (if required)
